  • Reduction of throughput times for short-term recurring tasks as well as of communication and knowledge barriers across department boundaries
  • Rethinking of hierarchy by e.g. combining organizational, disciplinary, professional and technical leadership instead of divisional and team leadership
  • Establishment of an open, moderating and trusting leadership style
  • Establishment of standard change processes
  • Promotion of co-determination and transparency in everyday life
  • Preparation, equipment and support of employees for a successful implementation of change projects
  • Support of the Berner Group change management in order to achieve the change management goals at all levels of the organization
